We want everyone to be able to enjoy a visit to World of Glass.
We are committed to making our museum, exhibitions, glassmaking experiences, café and shop as accessible and welcoming as possible.

We have five accessible parking spaces in our on-site car park for visitors with disabilities.
These spaces provide convenient access to the museum and are located close to the entrance.
World of Glass has level access, making it easier for visitors using wheelchairs, mobility aids or pushchairs to enter and move around the building.
Our exhibition spaces are accessible via ramps and level routes.
There are toilets on both floors and we have accessible toilets on both floors.
Baby changing facilities are available on the ground floor.
Lifts are available to help visitors access the different levels of the museum.
If you require assistance using the lifts or navigating the building, please speak to a member of our reception team.
A wheelchair is available to borrow from reception for visitors who may need one during their visit.
We recommend speaking to our reception team when you arrive if you would like to use the wheelchair.
Our visitor areas have been designed to provide accessible routes through the museum and our exhibition spaces.
Ramps provide access to exhibition areas where there are changes in level, and lifts provide access between floors.
Seating is available in visitor areas, and visitors are welcome to ask a member of staff if they require assistance during their visit.
We welcome trained assistance animals at World of Glass.
We ask that assistance animals remain with their owners and are appropriately supervised while visiting the museum.
If you have any questions about bringing an assistance animal to World of Glass, please contact us before your visit and our team will be happy to help.
