The World of Glass has been designed with special needs in mind and has easy wheelchair access to all galleries, lifts to all floors, low-mounted video displays and adapted toilet facilities.

Whilst the Cone Building Tunnels are accessible with care, an alternative 'video tour' of the tunnels is provided.

Most galleries also have a hearing loop.
